Description:
This crawler engineering drilling rig is customized by customers and is used for construction. The main components adopt the latest group technology of our company and redesign the new hydraulic system to make it one. The key components are domestic famous brand products, full hydraulic control, instrument display, easy operation and flexibility, which greatly improves the work efficiency and meets the needs of customers.
This machine is a full hydraulic chuck rotary engineering drill, the weight of the whole machine is less than 7700kg. The rig can be operated automatically during construction. It can be used in general jet grouting and anchorage construction. The drilling rig is integral and equipped with tracked chassis, clamping shackle device and other components. The crawler chassis moves rapidly and is convenient for the centre hole position. It can realize multi-direction and multi-angle construction. The clamping shackle device and the automatic upload rod mechanism can automatically dismantle the drill rod and casing, which reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the disassembly efficiency.
MDL-185T crawler anchoring rig has stable performance, high efficiency, versatility, and the ability to drill complex formations and deal with accidents. It is equipped with common alloy bits and other drilling tools for rotary drilling; conventional spherical-tooth bits for impact rotary drilling and high-speed drilling hole in hard rock formations; and with air compressors and pneumatic DTH hammers, in unstable Strata such as gravel, the following pipe drilling tool can be used to drill hole with casing and increase the function of jet drilling.
Main Feautures:
1. Full hydraulic control, convenient and flexible operation, convenient displacement, good mobility, time-saving and labor-saving.
2. Drilling rig gyrator is driven by double hydraulic motors, which has large output torque and lower rotary center than similar products, thus greatly improving the drilling stability of drilling rig.
3. The sliding stroke of the new variable angle mechanism is 0.9 meters. It makes the opposite hole more convenient and the adjusting range wider, so as to reduce the requirement for the working face.
4. According to the special working conditions of customers, the heat dissipation system is optimized to ensure that the maximum temperature of the hydraulic system does not exceed 70℃ when the outdoor temperature is 45℃.
5. Equipped with special follow-up drilling tools (drill rod, casing, eccentric bit, etc.), in unstable formation with casing wall protection open hole, conventional spherical bit end hole. The drilling efficiency is high and the drilling quality is good.
6. The drilling rig is mainly suitable for deep foundation pit anchoring supporting. It can also be replaced by rotary jet grouting module, so that the drilling rig can carry out jet grouting construction.
7. MDL-185T drilling rig in addition to crawler chassis, clamping shackle and turntable, we also provide users with jet grouting module and other optional accessories. Users can select and superposition when ordering drilling rigs, so that our drilling rig is more suitable for your project.
